I received excellent service at Youthful Retreat! I’ve been under a lot of stress and I carry it in my forehead. My muscles there were so tight and painful. I’ve had Botox in the past and it really helped. So I went to book an appointment but got Botox immediately!!! The staff is so amazing! The results were better than I had expected! I’ve had Botox in the past but never with this kind of results! The soreness and pain in my forehead was gone by nighttime! My forehead was smoother! At my 2 week touch up I had a little filler in the crease between my eyebrows! Amazing results!!! I’m enjoying having less pain and it looks great! Very natural looking! This was my first time and it will be my forever place to go! Jannet was not only friendly, but professional! It’s been less than 24 hours and I already look significantly better and noticeably more youthful. Hands down my best experience getting Botox!! There isn't one negative thing to say about this place. When using Groupon I've found that most places almost seem irritated by it. They also seem so careful that they only give you what you paid for. Totally different experience at Youthful You Retreat! She really went above and beyond. On top of that she had me come back after a week to touch it up😱. That has never happened to me with Groupon! I am SO glad I went there over anyplace else!!

Had three IPL sessions on the face for skincare and pigmentation removal, side effects include hair removal in treated area. Great experience. Laser feels like someone is snapping a rubber band on your face with each pulse, but more pain more results! The manager/person who performed the treatment is wonderful and willing to especially treat any concerned areas. She makes sure you are comfortable and checks in on me throughout the treatment.

IPL took around 15 minutes. No wait from appointment time. Face was red for awhile afterwards. Recommend buying a wide brim hat from Amazon with mask attachment to cover face for when you are returning home, since your skin will feel like a sun burn and susceptible to sun exposure. Apply skincare products (avoid retinol initially according to instructions and information online) and apply sunblock.

Highly recommend. Will be returning....more

I was extremely nervous as I had never had anything done to my face before. Janet and her staff went above and beyond to make me feel very comfortable. They are very personable and professional. I have suffered from very bad broken capillaries and brown sun spots on my face, The tip of my nose looked awful. Janet came up with a plan of treatments (Fibroblast Plasma and IPL photo facial) which made my broken capillaries, tip of my nose and brown spots go away. I went to Youthful You Med Spa and asked Janet if she could remove some freckles that had turned into dark large age spots. She said, “No Problem”. I had the procedure done 2 weeks later and I am BEYOND THRILLED with the results. She used a laser and zapped my 4 spots and I was done in about 15 minutes. I could NOT BE HAPPIER with the outcome! I strongly recommend anyone that needs a little tweaking to go see Janet. She’s an absolute Angel and so good at what she does....more
